To Succeed one need to combine what he calls the three Es: Expertise, Enterprise and Experience.
Expertise includes scholastics or subject knowledge, job knowledge, company knowledge and market or industry knowledge. When these are combined with enterprise, which is innate and cannot be taught, success will come about. But to deliver quality year after, one needs 'Experience'.
